Personal data of minors
In compliance with Articles 8 of the GDPR and 7 of the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights, only those over 14 years old can provide consent for the processing of their personal data lawfully by IKP Design Interior Design.
